CREATING ALIGNMENT, PURPOSE, AND INCLUSIVITY

For most of my career, I occupied different leadership roles within the largest health maintenance organization in Northern California. I grew to become a confident and respected leader who brought humility, courage, and a commitment to the welfare of the communities we served and the wellness of my colleagues and employees (and of course an eye on the mission of the organization). At the center of my success was the ability to forge trusting relationships. The strategic thinking, data driven decision making, change management, program development activities, and team building strategies, all followed the crucial trust that I had cultivated with my teams and executive leadership.

I can work with your organization to identify potential growth areas and create recommendations. I can provide the necessary training to move you forward as a team, department, and/or larger organization. Most importantly, I will highlight what you are already doing well and use it a foundation to move you from good to outstanding.
